The adjustable shoulder pad and chinrest make this wild looking instrument very comfortable to play. The upper bout can be removed to ease shifting to the high positions, and is much wider than the rod most other makers use.
The tone is very acoustic sounding, and can be modified over a large range with very effective treble and bass controls. In addition, a three position switch lets you choose a strong pizzicato sound, a warm bowed sound, or a combination of both. Includes headphone jack.
