The CP-4 Professional cello is made of a carbon fiber and balsa wood sandwich, making it lightweight and durable while ensuring a rich tone and excellent projection. As good as it sounds acoustically, once you plug it in, it really shines. Amplified tone is amazing, and you can turn it way up with a low instance of feedback. You've got volume and tone controls on-board, to shape your sound before it goes out to the amp.
The gold metallic J.T. Prism bow plays as good as it looks. Its balance and feel are comparable to bows costing twice as much, and it draws a strong tone from both acoustic and electric instruments.
We've packaged this cello with the Kustom Deep End 50 amp, which sounds amazing with cellos and basses. It's a hybrid amp, with solid-state and tube circuitry, so you can play as clean as you want, add a little tube warmth, or crank the tube gain for a classic overdrive sound.
