Free Shipping Information

Free ground shipping on most orders of $200 or more!

We're pleased to offer free standard shipping to the lower 48 US states for all orders placed online with a subtotal of at least $200.  This means free ground shipping on all instruments, most amps, and many of our cases, bows and electronics items!  To take advantage of the free standard shipping offer, simply add your item(s) totalling $200 or more to your shopping cart and select "UPS Ground" as the shipping method at checkout.  Your items will be carefully packed and shipped fully insured and should arrive according to the transit time map below.  Of course, you may always elect to upgrade your shipping to expedited if you're in a hurry.

Place your order before 2pm EST to ensure it ships the same day!  UPS ground shipping transit times will vary depending on your distance from our shop in Durham, North Carolina.  Consult this map of UPS delivery estimates for transit time to your location.
