• Closed Dec. 31 & Jan. 1 for Inventory
• Normal hours resume Monday Jan. 2

Holiday Shipping transit times and shipping deadlines

Place your order before 2pm EST to ensure it ships the same day!  The Christmas ordering deadline for receiving your shipment by UPS ground shipping will vary depending on your distance from our shop in Durham, North Carolina.  Consult this map of UPS delivery estimates for transit time to your location.

It appears that, for an extra Saturday delivery up-charge, both UPS and FedEx say Christmas Eve Saturday delivery is possible, though not guaranteed. To avoid this extra charge, we estimate UPS shipping deadlines for Christmas are:

• Ground shipping to West Coast : Friday, Dec. 16
• Ground shipping to mountain states: Monday, Dec.19
• Ground shipping to central states: Tuesday, Dec. 20
• Ground shipping to eastern states: Wednesday, Dec. 21
• 3 Day Select Tues. Dec. 20
• 2nd Day Air Wed. Dec. 21
• Next Day Air Thurs. Dec. 22
• Fri. Dec. 23 - extra Saturday delivery charge will apply in addition to Next Day cost

Holiday Returns

In order to return your purchase for a refund, we must get your phone call by 6 PM Dec. 30. Since we have to issue you a Return Authorization number (RA#), this must be done by telephone. Because we do a year-end physical inventory, any returns initiated after this time will be for store credit or trade only. Read our holiday-amended Returns Policy here.
