If you know what item(s) you want and have a valid credit card, you may place your order through www.electricviolinshop.com.  If you are paying with Visa or Mastercard, using Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode will allow us to process your order more quickly, as these programs are designed to give merchants (like ourselves) who process "card not present" sales extra assurance that the person placing the order is the actual cardholder, while affording you an additional level of security in the event that your cardholder data is somehow compromised.

If you do not have a credit card or feel more comfortable with another method of payment, we will gladly accept your payment through PayPal, which is an available option in our online shopping cart as well.  Other acceptable payment methods include Bank Wire Transfer and Western Union, although these will require further instruction from our staff. Once an international order is received, we make it our priority to ship it out as quickly as possible.  All international shipments are fully insured and trackable.  We will email you the tracking number and estimated time in transit once the shipment is placed.

We do ask that international customers please be aware of the customs/import duties, Value Added Tax or other fees that may be charged by the authorities in your country.  Customers should check with their local customs office for accurate information about what import taxes, duties, or fees may be imposed; these are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in shipping cost estimates.  If an item purchased from us is returned due to non-payment of customs/import duties, VAT or other fees, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund.
