The Yamaha SV-200 has all of the standard reference points of your acoustic violin. Two pickup elements beneath the bridge give a strong output. The bridge itself is a regular maple violin bridge -- we shape it to a standard violin curvature during our free shop set up, but if you prefer a different action, you can have your luthier match its curvature exactly to that of your acoustic violin!
The Yamaha SV-200 has a headphone jack for "silent" practice. The built-in preamp can be set for a hotter, more "electric" sound or a more acoustic tone, depending on your preference. Covered by Yamaha's five-year limited warranty.
