Dear Ted, In January the 22nd I made up my mind and gave "Click!" to the "Place Order" button in your website. The Yamaha SV-150 (along with a Coda Bow Prodigy) was on its first steps towards its final destination...When I opened the violin box the first thing I saw was a piece of paper with something handwritten on it. It was something special to actually receive a note with your handwriting on it, since now a day almost no one takes a moment to do such a thing. That note made me wonder when was the last time I sat down and let someone know I care... I guess, I just want to say thanks... Sincerely yours,Alejandro Chanut
Thank you so much, I have to say I am absolutely amazed at how far out of your way you and your company go to make sure your customers are well informed and happy! I’ll be liking you on Facebook and doing everything I can to let people know how great you are!
Thanks, Alex M. (CO)
Thank you so very much for all of your help - my son received his new bow yesterday and was absolutely thrilled!!! He couldn't wait to play his new electric violin last night!
I cannot express how impressed we are with your customer service and the assistance you provided to ensure that we had everything taken care of within a timely manner. We truly appreciate your help and will recommend your shop every chance we get!
Thanks again and have a fantastic weekend,
We love it when customers let us know how they're liking their purchases, and even better still when the send photographs! This week alone we've had three lovely ladies send pictures and kind words of thanks...

It is EVS's pleasure to conducting business around the globe, but providing advice and great customer service across time zones can be quite challenging! Here's a great note we received from Francois Loiselle, a satisfied Viper customer:

EVS customer Frank M. recently posted an extremely helpful review of his Black Bridge Aquila on the Fiddle Hangout forum. At the end of his review he had the following words to say about our shop's service:
If you're interested in trying a Bridge instrument, I'd heartily recommend the folks at the EVS (Electric Violin Shop: http://www.electricviolinshop.com) in North Carolina. They were a huge help to me, and answered my many questions with much patience!

"Hello ChrisI'm a big fan of your store
11/30/12 A.B., from Indiana (purchased a Yamaha SV-150) "I just wanted to let you know I am very happy with the violin. I think you deserve five stars for the way you treat your customers (fast response, clear and thorough answers to all the questions, super fast shipping, discounts and special deals, violin ready to play, etc.) A big THANK YOU, Electric Violin Shop (and Susie)!"
Hey, I just wanted to let you know that I love my SV-130 so much!! I purchased it from the your store last Sept. I am flying through my lessons and cannot wait to do complicated loop pieces. I will definitely be visiting the shop after I develop my skills a little further to thank you guys in person. Keep providing phenomenal service and superb instruments!! B^2
Posted on our Facebook wall... "What a great place this store is, incredibly knowledgable and helpful people AND prices just as good as the big box stores and websites.
Violinist Adam DeGraff of The Dueling Fiddlers recently produced this YouTube video review of our shop. What he says is true--we always do our very best to treat every customer as well as we have Adam. Thanks to him for his enthusiastic endorsement of our service! We had phone calls last week from, not one, but two players wanting to put a pickup on fine Cremonese violins – a Stradivari and a Rogeri, both over 300 years old! We discussed their concerns just like we do with every customer, but the stakes are certainly higher when the instrument in question is worth more than my house, my cars, my business and pretty much everything I own!
