MSI violins have the artisan's touch of maker Dan Maloney, who created the 'Modern' body electric violin in his earlier days as luthier at the old ZETA Music company. This iteration of his attractively shaped violin is semi-hollow, and features Dan's own multi-element pizeo pickup bridge. The pairing of the semi-hollow body and pickup give this violin a remarkably open and natural sound, forming a full spectrum of great violin tone.
This instrument may be the ideal answer for the tone purist who's been on the hunt for an electric violin that sounds as natural as their acoustic.
